Erik Bolinder awarded Top 100 Leader in Education by the GFEL Organization
The Founder of WOK Mr. Erik Bolinder has been awarded the GFEL Top 100 Leader in the World in Education Award. The Prize Ceremony was held at the Le Meridien Hotel in Dubai on Dec 16-18, 2019.
The Global Forum for Education & Learning has given the WOK project Founder the "Top 100 Leaders in Education" Award. In the event held in Dubai, UAE, Mr. Erik Bolinder held a Keynote speech about Online Education History and the path forward to the 150 delegates at the Conference of Education and learning. The intersection of Social media, Gamification and Education have been the key focus for the World of Knowledge project that now is being transferred into the WOKworld Foundation.
- It was a great honor to be nominated and even greater to win this award. It is an award not to me, but to the dedicated team behind me and to the WOK Community at large that has created such fantastic tools and content for Students bringing Multiple Choice Questions to the app WikiMAster and WikiFlip.
Mr. Bolinder long dedication to education online since he founded the Edtech Comnpanyt Klick Data in 1992, now listed at the stock exchange in Sweden, also played a role for the jury in their decision to give the Award to Mr. Bolinder.
